Valerie Darling is the COO and Co-founder of HomeCareQuote. Valerie has a diverse business background in customer care. Valerie is currently the founder and owner of Home Care Matters in Georgia, an award winning independent home care agency. In her current role, she pulls from her extensive corporate experience in the financial, relocation and manufacturing industries with a background in developing an improved customer experience. Valerie is a sought after home care industry spokesperson and member of a variety of industry mastermind and industry improvement groups.

Karl Ryder

Chief Executive Officer

Karl Ryder is the CEO and Co-founder of HomeCareQuote. Karl is also the CEO and founder of The Ryder Group. Karl has a background in sales, marketing, technology, supply chain and logistics across a variety of industries including healthcare. Karl has been actively involved in the home care industry for seven years and is currently a senior advisor to Home Care Matters and a member of various home care and home health industry groups.
